JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator with strong writing skills and experience in content marketing and social media. The position will focus on responding to RFQ/Ps; creating and maintaining marketing materials; research and writing knowledge pieces; and maintaining our brand through print, web, and social media.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead proposal process, preparation, and production in collaboration with the partners and project managers
• Create and maintain compelling marketing materials and copy
• Research industry trending topics and collaborate with experts to write think pieces
• Manage social media platforms
• Maintain and update project history information, images, staff resumes, master documents, and marketing digital organization
• Assist with media, award submittals, and other public relations efforts
• Schedule professional photography
• Coordinate attendance at events such as conferences and trade shows

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of experience as a marketing professional, preferably in the AEC industry
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field is preferred
• Proficiency in InDesign, InDesign Illustrator, XD, Photoshop, Acrobat, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience executing digital campaigns/events and measuring their success
• Proficiency with web editing programs and knowledge of best practices for website search engine optimization (SEO)

In this role you will focus on making built environments accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. You will survey various building types for ADA compliance and use your technical savvy to prepare reports to assist clients with strategic accessibility solutions. As a leading national consultant for accessibility, we have an extensive portfolio of project types all over the U.S. and overseas. This provides our staff with opportunities to travel to various locations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Review architectural/engineering plans and specifications for compliance with accessibility codes and standards.

· Perform on-site peer reviews for projects under construction.

· Conduct comprehensive accessibility surveys of existing sites and buildings.

· Prepare detailed reports documenting observed conditions.

· 25% to 50% nationwide travel may be required, including multi-day stays.

IDEAL CANDIDATES MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS
