Joined by Luke Spink, the Vice President of Sales at Panaz, and Dan Ryan host of the podcast Defining Hospitality as the moderator, this engaging conversation shed light on the latest trends and common issues surrounding ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) in the hotel industry. But it didn’t stop there! Luke’s personal journey added a unique perspective to the discussion.

Last year, Luke faced a life-altering accident that resulted in the loss of function from the waist down. Despite the challenges he faced, Luke continued to make remarkable strides in his career and shared his firsthand experiences as a person with a disability in the hotel industry during the panel. His insights were truly eye-opening and served as a powerful reminder of the importance of inclusivity and accessibility for all guests.
