The five-story mixed-use development of 32 E Green Street has a contemporary aesthetic. Designed in a clean, modern style, the podium-style building features balconies in some tiers and a distinctive cornice element. The exterior of red/brown brick with black trim is punctuated by large windows. Consequently, it brings abundant natural light to all interior spaces and provides panoramic views in corner units. LCM reduced the amount of covered parking in the original program for a sustainable environmental impact. Instead, the design incorporated bike racks, sunshades, and large south-facing windows.
