EnterpriseWorks, situated on the University of Illinois Chicago campus, serves as a hub for innovation within an existing building. One of its flagship initiatives, TiLab, concentrates on Health, Technology, and Innovation, fostering collaboration among scientists, engineers, clinicians, and investors in a shared incubator space. The renovation’s primary goal was to establish dynamic areas for idea validation, transforming innovation into products, and expediting venture readiness. To facilitate cutting-edge thinking and exploration, we designed wet and dry labs, conference spaces, training rooms, and offices with a sophisticated ambiance.
