The Mill mixed-use development master plan expands an existing concert venue into a vibrant destination for arts, entertainment, and community engagement to attract people of all ages and abilities. Program elements include a community green, amphitheater, band shell, live music bar, public splash pad, hotel, indoor and outdoor athletic facilities, community music center, and parking. The design aesthetic allows for inexpensive and recycled material options, while brick and timber construction recall the paper mill originally standing on the site. The project aspires to catalyze future growth along the Wabash River.
